Dubrovnik is a charming city with rich history and beauty. The beach is just a short walk away, and the house itself is beautifully designed with a mix of wooden furniture, stone walls, and hardwood floors. The kitchen and dining area were well-equipped, and I had the entire apartment to myself.

Oh, and let's not forget the unforgettable emotions and pleasure Dubrovnik provides its visitors. But hey, who needs a hairdryer when you have all that?

It was located in a peaceful area located at 20m from North gate of old town.

Clean more carefully, I found bad smell in some areas.

PERFECT location with jaw-dropping views of the Church of St Blaise/Orlando's Column. Easy base for exploring the city, with helpful owner arranging airport transfers. Super clean and comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Mind-blowing customer service, even when locked out at 3am.

Had good sized bedroom with exceptionally comfortable bed. It was in an amazing place. Warm welcome from host.

Stairs can be challenging.

A nice size and well decorated rooms with a very comfortable bed that you can use too. The employees working here are thoughtful and affable.

Excellent location in the heart of Dubrovnik's old town. Helpful host provided airport transfer and sightseeing tips. Comfortable and clean apartment with a cool retreat during the day. Easy access to city center, cable car, and airport bus stop. Ideal for exploring narrow streets and city walls.

The owner was very helpful. Also the room was lovely and very reasonably priced.

Location and rooms were very good. Awesome setting, just off good restaurants, car rentals, the cable car and the airport transfer bus stop. Not to mention proximity to Banje, that was 5 minutes walk away.

I had a wonderful stay at Pavisa Old Town Rooms. The location was perfect for exploring the heart of the old city and being close to all the main attractions. The room itself was cozy and clean, and I appreciated the comfortable bed and included wireless internet. I also had a great view from the balcony, which was a nice bonus. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like negotiating stairs to get to the room and the room being a bit small, I still found the overall experience to be exceptional. Pero, the owner, was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Pavisa Old Town Rooms for a stay in Dubrovnik.

Convenient location to explore the top tourist spots. It’s close to the old town and even Montenegro. 🗺️ a great spot for sightseeing.

Really great place, right in the centre with great views over the busy square. Comfy beds and space to eat and relax in the living room.

Nothing for us but it would not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility, lots of steps and stairs to climb carrying bags.
